So I found out yesterday that I my Vitamin D level is pretty low. Not like “I’m gonna die” low, but I need to be taking supplements. So in the interim, I’ve decided to amp up the amount of fish I eat (and also play in the sun more.) So I guess you can call  my dinner last night Operation Get-Lindsey’s-Vitamin-D-Levels-Back-To-Normal. Salmon with ginger, dill and garlic!
Also, if you haven’t been checked for Vitamin D, you should. Not all docs check that level when you have a physical - you need to specifically ask for it. It’s pretty common among people our age, too… so get checked :)
