Hi Everyone! The above picture is my friend, Brian Bingham. He’s running a 1/2 marathon Dec 6th in Las Vegas to raise awareness for Crohns and Colitis. His goal is to raise $4,000 for the cause and you could be a part of it. I, on the other hand am seriously considering running a 1/2 marathon. It’s not that I think I can’t do it, It’s more that the training and prep completely exhausts me. But then there are people like Michelle who run marathons and triathalons and make it look so easy!
